It's really cute how she gets embarrassed by affection.

I see THAT became a microphone. THAT has many talents.

Was wondering what was on about the second page, rakugo huh. always impressed that you manage to catch onto these little details.

Thanks for the currency conversion, needed to have a more common reference than yen.

I was lost on the price of the shirts for a moment because there wasn't any note next to the panel. I was so relieved to see a conversion to a more internationally recognisable currency at the bottom.
I assume the 39 that appears on some of her shirts is some kind of pun; has it been explained in one of the earlier strips? I think you can read the 3 as Sa or Su, and 9 as Kyu for it to be some variation on "Succu-", or maybe a shortened version of her (fake) name if you take the 9 as Ku.

Damn it, Sanyutei, why are you always shooting the punchline too early?

For manga that take place in Norway, the TN can inform us that "53 Norwegian Krone = 53 Norwegian Krone".

@Cloverfieldo Norway Scans, an old group, used that as their conversion, and it kind of became an injoke around the groups.

Also, the price of clothes doesn't matter, man, it's all about the comfy. If you can get comfy clothes for dirt cheap, get comfy clothes for dirt cheap!

Yeaaah, comfy clothes for dirt cheap!

@Open It is, in some way. 39 usually read as "san-kyuu" as a kinda slang (or what do you call it) for "thank you" in Japanese.

I know "san" would be the standard reading, but I couldn't find any way to make "thank you" be a relevant joke without something horribly tortuous and I was hoping I hadn't missed anything really obvious. Goroawase permits a lot of latitude in the readings to make stuff work, especially dropping everything past the first syllable, because puns filthy bits of language wherever you go (so stuff like 7 gets truncated to "na" in things like nanashi = 774 or assorted 573 = konami in-jokes, and in particular 3 = "sa" without the "-n" has cropped up in a few Kamen rider jokes I'm aware of)
