i don't know what it is but do so if it can help you improve, it comes with time and exercise, english isn't my main language either and it took time to get good enough

You know what would have been generous? Retrieving the corpse, bringing it back to the guild for dismantling, creating new gear out of the collected stuff Monster Hunter style and getting him some credit and money from the raw material of this C-rank-ish based monster apparently.

But I guess bringing him to your home and turning him into your work horse, I mean partner, but not bed partner because MC is clearly never going to get laid even with all the opportunities provided, I guess is another way of repaying him.

Do note. I am skimming, I have not read every speech bubbles, I am just guessing very quickly what to expect from the general path the story is taking since most of it seems to be your mass produced ultra processed easily digestible trash manga.
