There was an ex Green Beret in my church when I was a kid, he had a stare that could wither a full grown man but he was as sweet as honey. Agh, my suspension of disbelief. That trap was too complicated to have ever worked. If the goal was to kill the person disarming it, and if they manage to survive past traps 1-7, teleport exactly one person to another floor where they are by themself for half a day... They can't control who disarms the trap, who gets teleported, and what they will encounter on the 99th floor. Were they trying to get exactly Wim? Or were they happy to teleport one random explorer for whatever their obscure reason is? This trap has plot armor.
