after reading these 30ish chapter I find it the premise and justification of his anxiety are quite weak, the whole Chronos's abuse and bullying for now doesnt really bind with his mental disorder, like, who Choronos really is? he not his family, childhood friend, mentor, or someone holding innate respect, their relationship wasnt clear enough. we also didnt get to see how other "buff supporter" treated in society except from exposition thus make us have no comparator to his condition. yet, the story still on its early stage, there must be some kind of reveal in future chapter.

I think this is slightly misinterpreted. I don't think he is this way because he was treated badly, but that he was treated badly because he is this way. He is predisposed to certain behaviours that people are willing to exploit actively or passively. The new people in his life are much kinder and don't try to exploit him but of course they will still rely on him if he tells them to even if in the end it's putting up a front and weighing on his mental state as he neglects his own needs. He needs help and can't communicate it, at the same time he tries to do everything he can for everyone else. Honestly his depiction to me mirrors how many high functioning/masking autistic people experience life. Though I don't think that's intentional by the author, just an interesting connection.
