Wait, how easy is it on Japan to get published thou? Doesn't it also depends on how much backing a person is getting as well? I remember very few people in my country bother to self publish their own work due to how difficult to find a place that can do it and how much money they have to give out.

Then again, there's not a lot of publishing house here in the PH that is flexible and such. We are having a literacy issue at the moment so it might one of the reason why as well.
