To be honest when fighting either men or women, aim for the crotch area. It takes a slight different angle for the ladies but the result are way more spectacular, you’ll knock ‘em out for a least half an hour while men can usually recover in about five after a crotch shot.

Okay I haven't read the chapter completely but its making it obvious how nagisa is gonna be a male. Also since they're attracted to female ryou after all. It might just be to thrown away later with another subtle hint tho.
