Don’t know about the OP, but yeah the phrases and words used feels confusing, and throws off the flow of the story.

I think the translation should be accurate as possible, but you should still make allowances when it comes to crossing different cultures.

Much better, still some pronoun confusion. Why would you translate the nickname to "Ruu" if you know it's short for "Lucifer" Wouldn't the obvious choice be "Lu" then?

Yes I know all that. What difference does it make what substitutions Japanese speakers make? Your English translation shouldn't intentionally include the clunky awkward romanization mistakes. It only takes the reader out of the story.
