Crossdressers do exist in this world even tho I imagine most wouldn’t use fake boobs lol but if the author ever ends it , I’d say 5050 on him “giving in” versus finding another similar mob girl with no face and their children being gay if not finding someone to make a “deal” with since ghosts are apparently in this world too
