1. Considering the fact that the vast majority of isekai authors do anything and everything to keep their mc virgins till death, I think this option gives the lowest chances of succeding.
2. This would just give the author excuses to expound on how much of a "genius" mc is, picking up human psychology completely (minus the key points on how to interact with the opposite sex and whatever signals they may give to show their interest in said person), thus noticing glaring subtle flaws in the person's explanations and hence asking pinpoint questions that uncover everything that mc needs to make the "correct" decision
3. Despite the obvious lack of morality in choosing this option, it actually would have had the highest chances if it wouldn't have been for the same thing stated before; in this case author would activate plot armor most likely by means of mc's power activating by itself or a sudden intruder.
4. Having considered the above, the author can rely on an "entirely believable" clockblock plot device to keep the story going and at the same time give the mc a goal to work towards (find a "cure" (now that i think about it, would a condom suffice? lol)) instead of the usual "beat the baddies" (not like it still won't be present, mind you); so if your objective is not actually his power but saving the world, like the s****d b***h said, then strictly speaking you could just appeal to his sense of justice (which of course would work in this case) and have him cooperate while in exchange maybe he receives help for his research for a cure (if he ever intends to find one, which, again, considering what we're talking about, it might be entirely possible he has no intention of looking for one. Maybe he expects it'll magically drop from the sky on his lap, who knows).


While option 3 would've been the best in reality (with 1 close behind, if not better, in case you don't have the power to escape the law in one way or another), sadly here we're talking about the world of isekai authors, where most are only interested in selling more, doesn't matter how much garbage they're putting in their work, it just needs to pander and thus sell more.
