Honestly the more we see of the merchant council member, Hatton, the more I really like him. This guy is hilarious but mindfully tactful in knowing his place. He gets to drink nice expensive wine and pretend to be a drunkard so he doesn't pay attention to a conversation he obviously has no right to know about but stays just sober enough to still have his mental facilities when something important comes up
