Again, if you are so desperate that anything is good for you, then now there are even sites like this, where all you need is just put original raw, and it will do whole scanlation for you. You don't have to wait or putting any real effort. You can read anything right NOW.
Issue is that, if you start uploading it on sites like this, then you basically kill any chances for this even get picked up for some real translation, or get improved later, because real translator will simply not see that this is just MTL. I currently suggesting mods to implement some kind of tags for this, so this would no longer be issue. But whole thing is tricky.

If the fella with the machine wants to pick it up,and quite clearly has done a decent job,then let him,clearly none of the the "real" scanlators have showed up.

And a "real" scanlator can,with minimal effort,click on the chapter and see it for themselves,those who choose not to at a glance can't even be part of the high horse "real"s if they can't even do that much and still preach about scanlating.

In fact,a "real" scanlator out on the prowl should be able to see the time and uploader difference,then click to confirm differences,before going on to do what they will.

It would the height of hilarity,after clicking on the chapter,if they still couldn't tell from the clear message stating this was done by a machine and yet claim the "real" notion.

No excuses for the self proclaimed "real"s if they've already proven themselves to be even lower the the common user with how easy it is to find a series that has been left to rot.

Yeah, if this is enough, then seven months are truly meaningless, as you could use site like one that I'm referring above long time ago and read whole thing at once. And if you take it like this, then anon here is even wasting his time and resources by doing anything manually.
If you want just "something readable", AI in these days, is already pretty much able to provide everything. No need to bother here.

In any case, I am sure now, that Mangadex should implement something like VNDB did to tag machine translations. At least it would reduce some issues coming from this.

From what I see even typesetting was done with zero effort with standard base font. If you are really desperate that this is enough for you, then there you go. No need to even bother with anything, just read rest of manga right now.

I hate to tell you this, but this is a very naive way of thinking.
Practice proves than nobody is going to touch series on which is already somebody working on. Even if it's just MTL (honor to very rare exceptions)
Practically, you're just absolutely killing any chance that some actual translator will ever going to work on this now. Same goes for deleting MTL. Persons who do them usually either don't bother cleaning stuff after them.

7 months is long enough that it’s safe to say that no one’s going to pick it yup. Only projects that are exceptionally unique stories will be picked up by skilled translators even if it’s old. For good but not particularly special stories like this with smut, there’s next to no chance that someone will translate it properly.

Why not use a more advanced AI? Like, free chatbot.
You can even command them with context to make adjustment if the output aren't fully making sense. Or even make them do an alternative interpretation.

This translation works. Some stray errors here and there but nothing that ultimately takes me out of the reading. I wouldn't mind if you continued since it's unlikely anyone else will pick this up at this point. Just gotta be mindful of proofreading in the future and this should be ok.
