my bet is on the fat fuck becoming a mutated zombie, his cough is sus and he already has the body shape
probably got infected somehow (might have tried to fuck a zombie)

im betting he is infected earlier but saved after fked one of the student. thats why zombie ignore him when he go out for supplies. we know seggs halted infection from ojou mother case. but he cant do that now after apple smashed his pp.
