Honestly, you have one advantage over 7S - because they work on volumes, if you keep on translating chapters from the magazine you’ll stay ahead.

That said, whenever someone puts themselves down like that, I just think of this meme



Also, while it may not be much, official publishers sometimes look at scanslations to get an idea of what series are popular enough to license (I know that for Seven Seas, they once followed the MangaDex twitter account for a while). So whenever you start to doubt your skills, keep in mind that your translation - alongside the positive reactions and publicity that came with it - made a major publisher go and license the manga from the author, making them extra bank in the process.

Personally I'd prefer if you kept it up, your efforts are certainly solid and while the official release has been announced it even says it won't start until next year at the earliest, so it won't even be caught up to now by this time next year.
