For regular forum posts, if they are actually the same benefits from Contributor/Power Uploader you'll be able to upload stuff directly to MangaDex like images (though you can still do it by copying the link). In addition, for the main site you'll be able to edit entry titles (of course, don't commit vandalism or you'll be restricted) since group leaders normally update the series they're doing.
