Made chicken katsu with my guy Tech Support today. Came out much better than the first time, I have to say. Adding seasoning definitely helped this time around. Even though eating cold chicken katsu isn't nearly as good as eating it off the pan, at least I'll definitely have something to eat when I get home from work for the next few days.
