@Chen.png baby owl eats worms. Idk much about it cuz the one who ever had an owl as a pet was my brother. I only loved to play with him [the baby owl] at night.

If it's too young you might have to feed small pieces to it by hand.
And I suggest handing it over to wildife specialists, owls are not suited for domestic life

As for the food at home, if you can't convince your parents to buy more healthy products then ask your therapist for help on that issue. For the asthma, asking a qualified personal trainer for a routine would be the fastest way to do the most in your condition, also a nutritionist while you're at it.
