I dont know what you people would classify as a loli because the characters I'm thinking of who look childish to me might be already old and rotting in your standards, cuz I think characters like ju fufu, nekomata, and kokeda would classify as lolis, no? Am I uneducated in the loli spectrum?

Those three are just cosplaying grannies yes, just because they're short and use animal dresses don't automatically become lolis. This is my ideal party in Genshin Impact for instance (there's also the neko and the leaf loli, but I didn't play when they were out).
