Why does fresh oyster so expensive but oyster sauce is so cheap?
It's because the fresh one hard to transfer right?
Then that mean fresh thing should be cheaper than processed one right?
Then tell me why does beef jerky is more expensive than the fresh one?
It's because the process expenses make it expensive right?
Then shouldn't oyster sauce be more expensive because the process?
I'm doomed thinking about this, pls guys....
