Lol imagine the parents, they go from almost losing one child for her to miraculously be healed, at the same moment their other daughter either dies outright or is never seen again. For both the parents and younger sister how devastating.

These isekai reasons need to be better thought out if Truck Kun isn’t going to be involved (or they’re a depressed orphan already).

I though "Hana, get well soon"(what comes after this was probably said by her too) was line said by the main character. It would make more sense. Besides, we saw the surgeons saying"it is a miracle", so we know God kept his promise.

Btw why the hell didn't she ask god what happened to her original vody? She was worried for her sister for 4 years, she should know how painful it is to potentially lose a family member

This page states that her sister had been hospitalized for ~4 years...

The page with the partial black border and falling flowers being a flashback is rather confusing. It's not at all clear that it's not happening in-line with the rest of the story. The time in the hospital and difference in age both coincidentally being four years only adds to the confusion.

That said, terribly inconsistent numbers in manga, where the mangaka is too lazy to even look slightly higher on the page they just wrote, is common enough for it to be a square in Isekai Bingo.

I love creative end-pages like this. I'm also grateful that this group didn't do the gigantic end-pages like some groups do. There's no excuse for these to be significantly bigger than the actual pages of the manga itself, and that's not including the double-page spreads. Some groups have credits end-pages that are so huge that when I load a new chapter it pushes the first page completely off the screen. If you do that, then your mother's a whore.

I was immediately thinking about King of Thorn. Maye it will be like that or she has to gather the points to cure her sister or something. At least I hope it is not just some bs because the god wants fun.
