I don't think the TL is the one breaking it up, these days a lot of manga that's originally posted on apps gets broken up into subchapters like this. You'll notice the first page actually says 11.2 on it

I think ur right an I fucking hate it honestly. I don't mind waiting a month for a full chap jus don't tease and edge me along with like 6 pages and a cliffhanger 😑

Same, it would be better to just wait until all parts of a chapter are out to read it but then when it actually gets posted I wanna read it right away lol
