2. She gets praised because she's not a complete trash of a human being,

4. She does something utterly moronic,
5. She's kind to everyone instead of being a villainess,

I'm not sure I get it but she asked the duke to hire the best from the academy and send them to her family house to manage things as she is sure her incompetent father is messing with everything?
