Might be a mistranslation. I checked the raw and it says 男性護衛官. A male escort/bodyguard. This matches with what has been revealed about the school so far: it's a school for proper ladies, so it makes sense they need a male escort/bodyguard with them. The women in this world seem thirsty, so the purpose is for them to build up resistance and to not act disgracefully. And yes, the "護衛" is the same as "護衛" in the visual novel "Akatsuki no Goei", for anyone who's interested.
