You must have read a very different chapter then I did then. Because what I read was an overconfident girl with a sword telling her friend she would protect her, then allowed some skeezy sleaze bags to pull her away as her friend was used a bait.
 
Now those same skeezy asshats are trying to kill her friends yet again, and the only thing the overconfident idiot can think of is the injustice of it all and throws a tantrum.

Sure they should get some revenge, but only a fucking moron tries to face tank an armed group of goons without a plan or even making sure your allies are in condition to do so.

Wow only two guys is an armed group now. Maybe you should reread the goblin chapter because they were in fact preoccupied with an army of goblins. What you expect her to foolishly drop her guard on the frontlines against goblins who are crafty in groups? Sure, she said that she would protect her when she expected to just be helping gathering plants, not encountering an army of goblins.
