I read the wn on that mtl site last week, so far the same events happen but the order is changed around to make the pacing faster. That means some tiny things that imply character development were cut or underexplained due to the lack of a narrator.
Imo the only really bad change so far was that leon learns about noia's existence after the name writing scene in the wn, which was an important moment for gaining her trust, while here he had already met her and leaves to harass rossweisse in the middle of it, so the outcome doesn't make sense.
Besides that i think a few differences are improvements, for example here leon made that meat and vegetable stew, while in the wn rossweisse does the cooking, which is out of character for her at this point.
The sex scenes are also mostly offscreened in the wn, but the parts we do see are slightly toned down or adjusted here.
Anyway, i highly recommend the wn, or would if there were a better translation, the romance and family development is fun later.
