She seems to me to be reversing from her initial "oh no, what if they get together and leave me alone" into "I ship them and wish them happiness". There is also the guilt from thinking she "broke" Koyun when it comes to dating by pushing Igarashi on her and making her dating-averse. I think her initial scared reaction should not be discarded when analyzing her way of thinking, she seems to be trying to cope.
