Manga is likely trying to follow up or tie up some of the things they threw up after the latest arc in the WN, since raws of it started the final arc with the story going on a timeloop time travel bullshit, since mc been going through thousands of loops and this was hinted to be one of them, so who knows that the manga gonna do, if it eventually gonna loop too to the start of the story lol

That one is honestly pretty sad because the herorine isn't doing anything wrong and the MC has just completely written her off and no one else knew her well enough to know something's wrong so there's no one to save her.

I fully admit that I haven't read that one and might be talking out of my ass, but it really looks like that just the synopsis is pretty handily proving you wrong.

It's probably along the lines of "pitiable". She's too stupid to express herself in any other way other than being an extreme version of a tsundere who never does the dere part. Probably something along the lines of being extremely jealous of people coming close to him, or him leaving her for someone else, so she does the whole "downgrade him until he can't live without me" type of crap.

thats why im sad that looking at the direction of the manga, we wont be able to see the bad ass sword wielding ruby thats has redeemed herself and has her memory returning in time via time travel mumbo-jumbo, so she can apologize to mc and give push to the mc to have more confidence

sad this bad ass version of ruby end-up dead or got her character development reset due to the time loop nature that is only revealed in final arc of the WN (why do some author love this kind of plot-device tough)

And it seems the wn already hinted what happened later in the manga since the mc gloss over this timeline in the WN as one of the more enjoyable run for him
