Was going to comment about how I was surprised that Lemon was going to have to directly face this first instead of Sunao, but honestly there was something far more important in this chapter.

This sounds super callous but im glad we finally get to see lemon actually suffer again. I know its copium that she actually has to to like, experience consquences for her actions, but i will cope all day long. Also i know she said why she went outside but its a really stupid reason. Not only is it unlike sunano, it also increases the likelyhood that she bumps into someone from his past like she did. Shes supposed to be super smart but constantly makes terrible choices, ig thats what you call booksmart.

This specific situation (Lemon meeting one of Sunao's past friends while in Sunao's body) is definitely a worst-case scenario for Lemon, because I have no doubt that Sunao hasn't painted her in the best light while going through his "she's a witch" phase.
Imagine hearing from someone else that the person you like hates you while you've been hanging out with them and swapping bodies for the last couple months.

just forget the times it was brought up and also brought up that they were avoiding having to talk about that, forget when it was brought up in the beauty contest arc, forget when it was brought up in the resort arc (dunno what to call that one really?) or when it was brought up in the beach filming arc.
Seriously all the comments complaining there is "no progress" every time it is not mentioned in a chapter is tiring. It's not the whole premise, it's part of it. Sunao already suspects Lemon lied, Lemon doesn't know how to tell Sunao she lied, Sunao told Suzuka first what he thought had happened and later that he suspected Lemon lied, it has been a constant thing avoiding letting other people know they used to date because it would be awkward or hard to explain and they would have to confront it.

THE PLOT NEVER FORGOT ABOUT IT, EVEN IF THE CHEATING PART WASN'T SAID EXPLICITLY, FOR FUCKS SAKE CAN WE STOP WITH THESE COMMENTS EVERY CHAPTER?

I'm actually excited for the next chapter of this, for once! I personally think the most interesting development would be for Lemon to feel extremely / overly guilty without realizing that Sunao's already realized it's probably a lie, but I definitely don't think she's going to try and make Sunao feel guilty like that one commenter's predicting.
