The Original Pina was supposed to be inside her for quite a while, but as Fake Pina's antic increased, her soul started seperating from her body, and eventually left it, which later got rescued by the Spirits and Gods.
Remilia later goes to retrieve her soul from the spirit world, as she wanted to fulfill Emi's wish of helping the OG!Pina but also as an experiment to see whether she could reincarnate a different soul in place of the child's soul she could give birth to.

OG!Pina agrees but didn't want to be reincarnated as a girl (because she had become traumatic by Fake!Pina's antics, and is reborn as Remilia's son).

After that experiment is successful, Remilia later asks God's help to extract Emi's sleeping soul from inside her and allow her to help give birth her.

I can't even classify her as being a NEET or a hikikomori because even those behaviours have more self-respect and interacts with the world in a more productive manner. During one particularly hot day, the room AC broke and having run out of soft drinks, she was still such a moronic parasite that all she did was bang on the floor to try to attract attention from her family instead of you know... getting out of the room and being something resembling a human being. And she died from extreme heat exhaustion/dehydration.

Not that dehydration is any fun way to kick the bucket... but Remilia has far worse in mind for the second chance prize
