I mean other than an equally dangerous organization or a JP ver of CIA pardoning them and them then still be assassins for the state but freedom otherwise, it’d be hard to escape the yakuza bc someone like Nezumi can’t even give up a pinky to quit like a “normal” member but idk if there are legit female yakuza or if they’d ask that of a woman gang member , but I’d think it’d be hard to go against the yakuza unless Nezumi is cunning enough to snap out of it and kill everyone , that’s how I thought it was gonna go but maybe the mangaka didn’t wanna have the series be an “on the run” kinda manga

Why does that doctor(?) /hypnotherapist have a baby face that makes him look even younger than her lol, wonder if Ao-kuns been hypnotized yet too

i can't really see it being B. While we don't see specifically certain in-betweens for Nezumi, we DO see them for Ao, so we see his fear, his hesitation, etc. during his kills. I mean, sure, it could ALL be a red herring with a climatic twist at the end, but nothing shown gives that impression so far.
