Idk how young she is but I would’ve assumed it’d be something you’d remove before showing up on tv if she’s not some guest vs like an anchor (since it looked like the host was asking a “panel” of guests vs like 3 talk show hosts?), there are probably normal dentists that could get Invisalign for you assuming it’s international

but I do vaguely hearing that Japan finds crooked teeth endearing, tho within reason I can imagine the appeal as long as it’s not something that affects your eating too much and don’t personally dislike it, or it could just me a stark contrast to her braces but still being dressed up and having on makeup and it just implying even tho she has a “flaw” she still has more “value” the the men she’s talking about

Y'all forgot that hes the tampon thief and this is actually a meeting for her to get more goon tribute videos out of him. We've gone from being utterly repulsed at him, to cheering for him, to soon telling him to fucking run, then probably telling him to not let his equally weird semi-stalker girlfriend slip away since life is too fucking short.

This really is a coming of age love story for this generation, complete with all the media interactions that induce a value-based anxiety on dating with you internalizing it causing you to be single because you didn't do what some talking head said.

If you want to know something in Japanese you ask there (though chances are it's already been asked and answered several times). Yahoo auctions is also THE auction site in Japan.

I remember when i saw Weathering with You in theaters there's a scene where the MC uses Yahoo Answers and I was genuinely surprised seeing it then after I looked it up when I got home that I found out it's still huge in Japan

So even on the first date we had reason to suspect that Yumezora might be deviant or very promiscuous from how she got drunk and started asking a man about what kind of sex and prostitution he engages in, then we got much stronger evidence from her reaction at the end of the chapter where she watches him masturbate using her pad. But there was a further hint at something even stronger : when she thinks to herself "This insect is both like and not like the others" this could indicate that she actually enjoys on some level when men grope her on the train , despite feeling conflicted and feeling disgust and loathing at the same time.
If so then the author is so real for making a manga about this not-talked abouot psychology among some women.
I suspect this is the case given that she has been hoping to go on another date with Gomi and I suspect that the main drama in the rest of the manga will come from the MC having sincere desire to end up marrying Yumezora but finding out that Yumezora has been seeing other men the whole time or she ends up cheating on him with some particular person (perhaps as a result of him being pushy and her having a deviant desire to be taken advantage of or not stand up for herself so she just lets it happen despite theoretically not saying yes or proactively taking part)


Thank you so much for translating this and releasing chapters so quickly! I've been really looking forward to this author's next work after "even if I'm not 15 anymore" . He does such great, dynamic, inventive art combined with cutting , extreme , interesting character personalities. the combination of tantalising, guilty-pleasure wish-fulfillment with punches in the gut is so juicy and entertaining.

also the portrayal of male psychology in this chapter is so good. I think the vast majority of men have had these thoughts , because most males go through at least a while of having strong sexual desires yet have not succeeded at seducing a female or getting a female to be their girlfriend.
Yet the will to act and make your desire known at the risk of pain and fear of your rejection becoming known and causing you to be scorned or made fun of by your peers! When you finally learn to enjoy that moment itself and know that you have to ask out that female you find very attractive and attempt to conquer the world, and nearly every other male who saw her wished they could ask her out or get her number but backed down out of fear. That's when the world opens up.

Like... I relate in some degree. I've just had my own 29th birthday not long ago, and I too have never had a girlfriend. I also get the pure elation of asking out your crush and actually hearing a "Yes". But the rape fetish and sniffing period pads? Please, never let me get THAT downbad, I beg you.
