How is Himari a snake?

She is genuinely in love with Saitou, and has been for a long time. Saitou has never admitted that he is in love with Akane, so from Himari’s and Akane’s perspective the marriage is just on paper, and not something that is finalized.

So why should Himari not shoot her shot at trying to get into a relationship with Saitou? If anything, Saitou needs to firmly reject Himari and tell her that he is in love with Akane if that is what he really feels. But until that happens Himari has all the right to keep chasing after him.

You on the other hand, calling someone a “whore” even though Himari hasn’t shown any such traits is just a dumb take. Also, why would she steal another man’s woman? She hasn’t shown anywhere that she is Bi?

Lastly, if you have read the manga properly then you should know that every time Himari has seen or been with Saitou she has never seen him show anywhere affection for Akane. The only time Saitou has acted differently towards Akane is when he and Akane has been alone together. So from Himari’s perspective there is no indication that Saitou is interested in Akane, therefore she has a fair shot on him.

Children his age were either creeped out by him, thought he was arrogant or only approached him with impure intentions. His parents resented him because he was born with the Honjo family's talents and has a great memory, while his Dad is talentless and a freeloader with Honjou money. Akane is the only one who properly looked at him, the only one who approached him, the only one who tried to catch up to him. He loves talking to her
