That's not an inner page. Since volume 2, manga gets released in two versions. Standard version and "You-know-what lifted" version, which contain nipples and other extra additional nudity. Cover which you can see inside chapter is from this version, since whole english scanlation is based on it.

Chris, you might want to reconsider that disciple position, witches are typically female by default, ergo, you might find the "this is your default now" statement to be more true than you realized if you go down this route.
