He is doing the spineless salary man who is dead afraid of authority thing again. It's really tiresome to read.

I'd give a random donation for Seichou Cheat, but ko-fi only gives me membership options, so thats unfortunate

Picked up this series on a whim today, thanks to all the scanlators who've worked on it so far & Silas for taking over from the previous group(s), and keeping it going for so long! ComicDom's TLs were... well, I'm glad someone did it at least, but I much prefer TLs that actually have some effort put in, lol. This is exactly the kind of story with fluctuating quality that makes the hobby entertaining. It's also crazy to see how much the art has improved over years, and kind of funny in specifically how once the artist started drawing tits their work improved as a whole, like they suddenly became more motivated lol

btw, Haru cute. thank you for your time

Hmm, membership > donate > immediate cancel membership?

If I had to comment, the actual translators is good n they really put some effort in it, but bcz of they had to work as a freelance for the scammer ComicDom instead of picking the manga themself directly, the sense of continuity(?) can be off quite a far, maybe that's what u feel when u read their released part?

Yeah, I don't mean to excessively trash talk (It was years ago now anyway), it was readable & far better than some MTL trash that gets around, but due to things like tiny raws, poor font choices/typesetting, occasional lack of QC etc it just made their work (at the time) feel very low-effort as a whole, especially compared to now. Like you said though, that's not really the translator's fault at all, it just makes them look bad by association if anything. I hope they didn't get chased out of the scene by people who dislike the group (or treatment from the group itself, seeing as so many people call them scammers) & are with a better team now so they get the recognition they deserve.
