At least he has an actual reason to. A quid pro quo type of situation. And even then she wont be back to 100% it seems. So not only will she lose the power and authority that came with it, but carry the shame of A) That her what I can assume highly esteemed brother had to cut a deal to heal her and B) Get healed by the person she abandoned and due to said abandoning ended up in the condition shes currently in.

I think I'll just drop it. There's a difference between "bad stuff happens" and "author despises good people and enjoys shafting them". Makes me suspect that this is the mangaka's "money project" while rape doujinshi are his "passion project".

I've complained before that the MC is so "stupid good" that he makes you dislike "good". Then we have the nonsense about the "good" guard sending innocent people to their deaths just because his own family got killed.

Plus we have the situation with the witch girl who supposedly felt bad from the beginning, but... did nothing to prevent the sacrifice of other four white mages by the hero party (ch 7.2). Ditto with this new girl's fragile feelings... Oh she felt bad! ... But also did nothing to save those other white mages.

the childhood friend sadly will be beyond saving becuase of the stuff they did to her, the twin tailed girl gets healed and follows Mc from then on, the dark mage did die but her spirit remained in the cave, Mc saved her soul and made her a new body

Man if the MC forgives yet another member of that party, I’m gonna lose it. Especially the one who treated him like shit for so long. His inner self is actually spitting fax. If I were the MC, I would hold back on healing her fully; their party is responsible for the deaths of so many white mages. It’s disgusting.

But no, MC will once again probably be a shit for brains and sit like a door mat for the main entrance of a conventions center during a national event. Man I feel so bad for the girl he’s traveling with.

And if I know where I think this is going, Nenemoa is absolutely done. There’s no way this mangaka misses the opportunity to put more pain on the MC. She’s either a demon and no longer recognizes him, so he has to agonize over killing her, or she’s already dead, and the MC finds her in an insanely miserable state.
