I really want the Obis for my books and stuff, but realistically, I know I would not be able to preserve them well and it would get destroyed with regular handling. Shirai is also a huge mood man; I can handle high energy interactions but when I'm on a low battery, I really don't want to face that- but you can't exactly dismiss them either cause its not really fair either.

In Taiwan, most book sizes (heights) are standardized and we have these clear plastic book sleeves that are in those sizes that you can buy in any office supply stores. Animate Taiwan sells them in Japanese book sizes as well. I keep all of my LNs, manga, and doujinshi wrapped that way, including their obi.
