I expect him to have to go back to the church, apologize to them and beg for their help before they act as mediator to let him properly apologize to Alm.

Reading this chapter somehow makes me miss my late Uncle, the one who married my Mom's Sister. He was always looking out for me even when I was a kid. And when my Dad passed away, he was the biggest pillar of support for me at the time as I had to take care of my still schooling siblings. When he got diagnozed with syage 4 cancer I willingly took care of him in hospital for more than a year.

I may be a married man now but I still miss both my Dad and Uncle. 😭
