You didn't understand what I wrote, then
I'm not complaining about the story being long, are seriously considering manga that is 27 chapters as a long manga? I'm complaining about the lack of complexity. It's mind-blowing that someone can think that making something longer means it's automatically more complex. Without any new plot lines, it's just pure bloat filled with bulling a very pathetic stupid girl.

And when the villain stops being any danger, watching her suffer is just as exciting as watching goku beat up a wheelchaired retiree for the entirety of the manga, It makes MC herself look rather pathethic and she used to be awesome in the early chapters.
If this is your point you didn't say that. "the beginning was great, but the story should have been way way shorter" I don't know how else I am supposed to interpret this as anything other than "I think the story should have been shorter".

These kinds of revenge stories have a few staples and typically there is set up and pay off of revenge, usually with over the top manipulative villains that is supposed to appeal to specific kinds of people who have been the victims of this kind of behavior. Pina isn't a ridiculously stupid girl who is probably autistic,

She is a college student with a penchant for bullying. She has ruined multiple people's lives in multiple different worlds through lying and manipulating people. She was expelled from her university for bullying someone. She has tried to actively get people to kill themselves. She planned to have Emi sexually assaulted. She is pathetic, but that doesn't mean someone hurt by her who had someone hurt by her can't want revenge.
Remilia had a lot of set up to get to this point, and the actual payoff of the revenge has been only a few chapters so far. All she's done is let her make an ass out of herself and aired out her dirty laundry using the same tools Pina has used against her: manipulation. Vague statements, leading questions, and the most deadly insult of all: pity. Difference is, Remilia has evidence and an actual motivation for doing this that isn't selfish.

I don't think this is a pacing issue or a lack of a plot that has become bloated because again, this is short and we haven't even been in the "revenge" portion for a very long time. I think it's just not the kind of story you like. Because you don't like it, you probably don't see what the point of her actions is. It's not a very "deep" plot, but I think more importantly it's just not the kind of story you wanted. This isn't an action series meant to keep you on the edge of your seat wondering how Remilia will take down Pina, it's about watching a clearly awful person get payback. Because it's a revenge manga.

I hope the author addresses the fact that the original Pina's soul must still exist while the reincarnator occupies her body, just like both Remilia's and Emi's souls exist in Remilia's body. I'd hate to see the series end with "Pina" being punished and the real Pina just receiving the same punishment while also being trapped having to observe everything "Pina" did as her through the years.
SPOILER FOR THE NOVEL OG Pina gets reincarnated into Remilia and Angel's son.

If Music was to describe Remilia it would definitely be Kings and Queens by Ava Max, Pina gives off Rebecca Black Friday

Chapter 27 ruined it. Remi goes on and on about how she wants justice for Emi and how much she cares about her, then completely sidesteps the fact that Pina was also possessed by an isekai protagonist and her soul is forced to impotently witness everything isekai Pina does from within. There's this thing IRL that if one conjoined twin commits a crime you can't punish them because the other one is innocent and it's unethical to punish people for crimes they haven't committed. I know it's not a perfect analogy but somewhat applies here, and Remi is a cunt for not even attempting to do something for real Pina before indulging in her revenge fetish.

Remi didnt care she was isekaied, she only cared for emi because how kind/innocent she was. She could care less for original pina.

You're assuming Pina's reincarnation was like Emi's, when it's been very heavily implied it isn't ( the plot doesn't have to slavishly follow the novel ). And yeah, Remi's never been painted as a saint, "what would Emi do" only goes so far. I don't care about any original Pina either, when did I meet her?

Epilogue still anyway.

The manga's still marked as ongoing despite chapter 27 definitely feeling like it's supposed to be the ending. Is there some additional chapters left over or is it just an error and the status hasn't been updated?
