I mean, she is part fish, and fish can become pregnant in a variety of ways, most of which happen without having direct sex. So considering she is half fish, it wouldn't necessarily be out of the question for her to be able to become pregnant without having sex.

For once the MC and Orc were in the wrong by all acounts, the castle was built in someone elses terratory, by accident.
Better to play it this way and end things ameniably.
