Poor Kana, honestly I would have given it to her as well just to save the poor girl from dying of cringe. This is some WataMote levels of suffering by proxy. If anything the other girls played themselves by dog piling her which just made her more pitiful, any person let alone man worth their salt would have thrown her a lifeline.

I'm curious what Suzuki meant by "this is the second time I've heard this"? Does that imply that Kanaria told the joke during the class while they were guarding him? From the chapters where we see them in the classroom it didn't show her doing any skits other than playing along with Chabatake's delusions. She briefly mentions how she had "developed" her comedy skills for use in the classroom so the fact that she's reusing a gag she had already done earlier just adds extra cringe.

I like Chabatake and Hinata being good wingmen though, they might not be able to get the reward but by god they'll ensure their sister in battle will and won't let those Class A harlots steal her victory.

I don't think Miku would interfere... she defended Kana against the criticism of the thieving cats from class A.
No way she or Hinata would get in the way.
Hinata will definitely support Kanaria, same as she did with wanting Miku to get praised.
