Well, this is it for now, I hope someone takes an interest and does this one, but it is what it is.

People have been a little too entitled to others' efforts, I can't say I am much different, I only hold it back and try to be polite, but in the end, we will need to suffer collectively a little.

@Bearylazypaws I am sorry you had to deal with such an unpleasant situation after you went out of your way to give to the community, have a good rest, and I hope whatever you put your mind to next will give you happiness and satisfaction.

Anyway, allow me to go back to the chapter for a moment... this old man was a really good villain, making an annoying villain is a tricky endeavor, making one that is compelling too is doubly so.

He clearly isn't at the best of his mental faculties, but even then, his strength, knowledge,e and drive didn't diminish at all, but having a villain that clearly is suffering from mental degeneration is a very novel idea, it brings a lot of nuance to his character, but as he clearly is self centered, it still stay very much clear what must be done.

I like to craft stories, and truth be told, this was inspiring, a villain, maybe even a hero, suffering of continuous mental degeneration, but their strength still is huge, it has so many uses it could be done, depending on context... their age, their desires, the life they lived, their past, present and even future objectives, a heavy topic that can bring a lot of interesting outcomes.

@Bearylazypaws I originally posted this in an earlier chapter after your announcement but thought it best to repost it here at the end of your uploads.

A sincere and heartfelt thank you for translating this series. Every time a group or someone would advertise open slots for picking up dropped manga, this was always top of the list for me. That you picked it up was truly a happy day. And your openness about being new to this was always appreciated- even in the beginning, only some grammar and proofreading was all that was needed, and those improved greatly over time as well. That you are able to even write and communicate in another language as a non-native speaker is ALWAYS, ALWAYS a positive and is an ACTUAL skill and benefit, not just here, but in society as a whole- know that those keyboard trolls (who probably only speak english and yet could prob not even write their own name legibly) do not represent the community of readers as a whole. That you improved over the course of the series translating only speaks to your ability and willingness to learn, again, something those trolls and sadly so many others cannot comprehend.

And from a technical aspect- you even translated summaries, backpages, sfx, adding supertitles/subtitles/secondary readings AND used different fonts and styles and typesetting for all of them. This is above and beyond - SO MANY groups DO NOT DO THIS. I am angered on your behalf, and honestly saddened at the loss of your work for the whole of mangadex and manga reading community- those who voice their opinions in only a negative manner cannot fathom any other way of being due to their own limitations and circumstances. It is NOT easy to translate anything into another language, much less get the nuances and particulars of genre, colloquialisms, among other quirks of language. I wish I had reached out sooner to assist with proofreading and appreciation, perhaps maybe that could have spared you the idiocy of those entitled jerks. Again, that you were willing to do all this work, in the open, and online, speaks volumes louder than those trolls could ever voice.

I don't know if you will see this message, but I leave it here in the hope that you will know your work was appreciated. It takes kindness and understanding to foster any community, internet or otherwise, and creating space to grow/improve/learn is the bare minimum for anything to be better in this world- I am sorry that this was not something you could find here. While I would love for this series to continue, I also know how draining it can be to put something out there only to have it spit upon, and totally understand and agree with the need to step away from the online world to take care of yourself. At the very least, I offer my deep thanks for your effort in this series and wish you well going forward.

Aww man... It was great while it last. I really love this series from the bottom of my heart. It's got a charm that no any fantasy manga can replicate. Im really thankful for the scanlation to revive this goated series. Honestly, i would have never thought you will pick up this series since the last upload was sooo long ago (i was in high school when i read the first chap lmao) but... Man, im sorry if the people here are entitled. But, im grateful. I know i should have comment more encouraging commen while you scan this series and not take your work for granted.
