This manga entered a more mature stage and I like it, people upset with this is nonsense, not everything is rosy in a relationship and this drama is very well crafted, it makes all the sense and is quite realistic, for a long time the author hinted that this would happen, now, she is developing what she started. I guess people who hate this just want to see a fantasy relationship, this is fiction after all and a touch of reality ruins their day.

I hope they recreate their first date in shibuya, only here, Kyotaro will be the hero.

It's never happening but I would welcome a break-up plotline to get some extended individual character focus, more so for Yamada. I feel like her character has stagnated for a while now and she could do with her own arc about pursuing her own goals and what that means for her.

If we're not going to get that, I at least hope the current situation is resolved sooner rather than later so we can get back to chapters about the two of them together again. Getting a bit tired of the noncommittal "inbetween" scenario that we've been in for a while now. Let them be together or let them venture into new ground.

Pumped for the upcoming christmas date chapter. It's gonna be dramatic for sure, I'm hoping for some deeply honest conversation that resolves their distancing. After all they'll be facing a tougher situation next year when they'll be assisting different highschools.

To an extent. But, keep in mind, Kyo made his first-choice school based solely on its proximity to her choice and their ability to share a train to and from there. They won't have in-school time together; however, there's no guarantee they would share a class even were they to attend the same HS, so it's not that big a loss.

It will also be a less-tough situation once they get to the next level because their ban on appearing together in public lasts only through the end of middle school and isn't a publicity thing (her agency has no relationship-ban policy) but for her safety in not being IDed as a student there. Her chosen HS is for working performers and likely has the security necessary for that to be a non-issue.
