There are sites like mangafire.to, mangapark.net, proxy.cubari.moe.
Not sure if they are scrapper type or not though (i know weebcentral is scrapper type).

Mangafire.to already has chapter 30.
Mangapark.net only has Chapters 1, 2 and 4 (someone gave up on it apparently).
Don't know how Proxy.cubari.moe works.

I keep seeing unavailable chapters for a lot of manga that I'm following, despite the fact that almost none of those manga even have an official english publication. And when viewing those unavaiblabe chapters, only a fraction of the initally available chapters show up.
Is there some kind of witch hunt against scanlation going on from the big Japanese publishers?

Yep, two weeks ago, massive DMCA takedown notice. On a lot of stuff. The reddit sub has a lot of all the mangas taken down. Some weren't even licensed to NA or Europe, so this is quite a stupid move.

My question at mind is, when will this manga be licensed in NA and Europe? The author and artist's previous work, Akame Ga Kill! Zero, is licensed, so this one should too, sooner better than later. At least then this takedown would be more justified and we can enjoy the official work.

I see, thanks for the explanation. This really is a shame, so much good stuff lost in an instant - and most of it seems completely unavailable now.
I guess the odds of those chapters being reuploaded on here are basically nonexistent. Makes me wonder what the next move should be, looking for the lost titles on alternative sites maybe? I only ever used mangadex for reading scanlations so far.

A few of them can be found on Comick.io, where you can still read them, and the groups may upload there. However, you need to create yet another account to register your preferences, progress, and favorites...
