It's the other dude who keeps popping up, that one the class prez has a crush on, I think she forget about him for some reason, probably because they were kids, maybe trauma who knows, but he is kinda scary as kid and a weirdo as an adult . Maybe foreshadowing that they reveal something bad may have happened or will happen in future with him

I think it's moreso she never really looked at their friendship like that than she forgot him.

Especially when you consider that they have class together, they talk to eachother everyday, they've known eachother since they were kids. We recently-ish got a chapter where it was shown they were joking and looking back when they were kids and didn't really know what made a girl a girl or a boy a boy until they skinny dipped while her older sister was watching over them.

They still have a good relationship now, but as I said, I think it's moreso she never really looked at it like that.

I agree with the "will happen" bit, though. Definitely think there'll prob be some tension cause of that and cause of the reveal that she and Stowie stayed the night together cause I don't believe that has been resolved or touched upon yet

Oh, it's been touched upon. The other dude was high-key pissed not only to find out that Stowie is way better informed about Kamoi these days than he is but that she trusts him enough to have done that sleepover with him. Other dude has stuff going on (that we haven't seen yet) putting his concerns about his osananajimi issues on the back-burner for now, but don't bet on them staying there.

So this seems like he was a really dark kid. And given the chapter where Natsy saw if they did it and he did, I'm guessing he did something to Kamoi (probably forced himself on her) that she completely doesn't remember since we don't actually know her status yet. It was very weird and conspicuous how we did not find out what Kamoi's status is, even though Kamoi's older sister said she was a virgin. Damn, this potentially took a super dark turn all of a sudden.
