shouldn't 24/the ep title be closer to the beginning or did the author purposefully put it at the end of the chapter?

'we do not lend out chargers' i wonder how many times they had to be asked before putting up that sign tho if there's an outlet i assume ppl bring their own or so if needed

Well, that is how it is in the jp raws that I found.

Some additional notes from me:
1. While the pages don't quite line up into a proper double paged spread, last page of chapter 53 and the first page of 54 definitely flows well together.

2. The placement of the page lines up with the events in the chapter.
3. In the original raw page, there is the "chapter 53 end. to be continued" thing on the bottom corner.

In conclusion ... I'm fairly sure it is intentional.
