No I think she’s actually an infant dragon. She’s just from an incredibly powerful species of dragon that can cast complex magic basically from both. That said, this is a manga so there’s a 20% chance that she’ll age quickly and join mc s harem despite only being alive for 6 months

Haven't read the Light Novel yet, so not entirely sure. But i don't think this series focuses to much on love interest or Harem stuff.

Nevertheless based on the Light Novel illustrations, seems like the closets one to being a love interest is the adventurer cat girl, followed by the mother of the dragon girl, and the new girl that appeared in previous chapter, the one who was cloaked and gave MC the Core thing.

Based on the Light Novel illustrations, that child dragon doesn't grow to become adult quickly as she is still a child in the LN (Manga is covering LN Vol.4 plot, while the latest in Japan is Vol.11), though she does seem to grow up faster compared to a human child (see seems to be around the age of 5-6 by next few volumes).
Instead we apparently get the Dragon girl's mother as a regular cast member.
