It's on Kaiserredux w/ Better Laws (so I can get the population per month bonuses at cost of more consumer goods) playing as Bejing Government. Latest version. I have no idea how I'd attach the save file here or anywhere easily. I ended up taking all of Siberia for myself, up to Ekaterinaburg, parts of Kazakhstan and Turkestan. I previously took parts of Northern India and I still have war goals on Japan, Thailand, Indochina, Burma, and I THINK Iran.

On a side note, there was an interesting occurrence where Germany and France got into a stalemate and Lombardia-Venetia, of all nations, occupied like 60% of France without any German help. Also I made a big Greece in the post-war peace deal (using transfers I gave them all of Turkey)

LOL. I thought that too, but Turkey has stupid mechanics that are supposed to kick in after they lose the Ottoman Empire tag, that for some reason kick in whenever they're puppeted. This includes an Anatolian revolt that starts with troops (and therefore near always beats the troopless ai who refuses to ask for help), mechanics to demand land back (even when puppeted), and taking the Suez Canal, for some reason.
