you know it just occurred to me. Rudy has now gained a reputation for making abnormal/unusual weapons for her clients. Maybe the chimera creator wants rudy to make unique weapons/armor for her creations? Imagine the chimeras we have seen but heavily armored with custom weapons.

Could be dungeon dweller is none to happy that someone finally killed one of her creations, we heard from vice Capt. here that the chimeras generally flee instead of fight to the death so maybe Ruby is the first to actually facilitate the killing of one? Or maybe it's that Ruby's 'unorthodox' approach to weapon making is seen as a credible threat to her chimeras?
