I usually just do the part skipped by the manga.
Ruruna’s intro line of “I am the queen of the night who shall rule upon all human” and the intro scene usually got skipped. Like last episode had Ruruna woke up from nightmare before being called to the empty classroom by Wakana. This episode skipped the part where Yura first pointed the gun at her.

It also usually skips internal monologue that show Ruruna panicking and trying to tell herself she’s tough. It made her more pitiful.
She had been thinking of how human loves to mate (from Wakana being horny), so her offering Yura to mate with Wakana is just in line with how she had been seeing human.
