Thank you so much for the support. While I was reading your comment, I couldn’t help but notice your profile picture — it’s amazing, haha. Just out of curiosity, what manga is it from?I THOUGHT THIS WAS ALSO REMOVED 😭😭 THANK YOU FOR TRANSLATING
Hah, you said that you would try to catch up on the ongoing "if nothing happens" the day before the big nuke, so it really looked like manga was also removed, lmao.Hey, how’s it going? I hope everyone is doing great. It’s been a while since the last update of Youjo Senki, and we apologize for that. Our proofreader was really overwhelmed and couldn’t go over the chapters again to catch any errors that might have slipped through during translation. However, a few more proofreaders recently joined us, which allowed us to distribute the workload more comfortably and focus more thoroughly on correcting the Youjo Senki chapters.
That’s why I’d like to announce that from now on, there will be one new Youjo Senki chapter released each week. There may even be more during the week — it all depends on the availability of the staff.
That guys profile picture is from 'Rebuild World'.Thank you so much for the support. While I was reading your comment, I couldn’t help but notice your profile picture — it’s amazing, haha. Just out of curiosity, what manga is it from?
You all are amazing, thank you so much. Dropped off of reading manga many months ago to focus on my studies, now on break with a very large chapter surplus, and damn is reading this sending chills down my spine. Genuinely one of the best orchestrated manga on this site. Toujou Chika and Carlo Zen make a dream team.Hey, how’s it going? I hope everyone is doing great. Interwar period(trench warfare) evolving to second world war(mobile warfare). But yeah it's good to see a revanchist fantasyFinally, the manga again returned to my favorite aesthetics of revanchist fantasies about the Second World War.
The last time she had 12 or etwas, I think she is 13-14 years oldShouldn't Tanya be considered a teenager at this point? Or is she still canonically a little girl?
I always thought that Visha and Tanya were borderline young adult and teen at this point, but here Zen seems to be deliberately trying to remind me that she is loli or sorts.Interwar period(trench warfare) evolving to second world war(mobile warfare). But yeah it's good to see a revanchist fantasy

Visha I believe is around 18 at this point, Tanya is around 13, I think?I always thought that Visha and Tanya were borderline young adult and teen at this point, but here Zen seems to be deliberately trying to remind me that she is loli or sorts.
"it's good to see a revanchist fantasy" - do you enjoy it without any irony as a "if the Germans had won WWII" wish fulfillment fantasy?![]()
It makes perfect sense. I was just confused by the words "unlike you, I have a child's body", as if we were still at the beginning of the story. However, it is possible that this is just Tanya's standard pompous "old veteran" speech.Visha I believe is around 18 at this point, Tanya is around 13, I think?
Right now, we want to finish the entire main storyline. meaning, all the current chapters. And then move on to the extras, like the ones labeled 90.5 and so on.Could you please go back and translate the Vasha side chapter?
But we know that the Empire loses within the Youjo Senki universe ... Still, I do agree that it is revanchist (I mean the ending where the Empire loses is probably a literal deus ex machina), and Carlo Zen is kind of identifying this whitewashed Germany with WWII era Imperial Japan but whatevs. I don't really think it's Nazi apologist or whatever the Imperial Japan analogue would be. Sometimes it's difficult to tell apart the ideology of the author and the character. We know that Tanya is an intensely anti-communist, capitalistic meritocrat, and (with lapses,) a pacificist. But I'm not sure how many of those beliefs are shared by Carlo Zen. That is to say I'm not sure how much of it is Carlo Zen using the novel as a soapbox and how much of it is him making an interesting character.I always thought that Visha and Tanya were borderline young adult and teen at this point, but here Zen seems to be deliberately trying to remind me that she is loli or sorts.
