Thanks for picking this up.
But please never use Comic Sans again.
Also desaturating the images might look better than the blue hue in the toning.

Ok so wtf happened with the little sister?
Ok so since posting this i read the novel its based on and not only is it disappointing, the answer is
Another coworker who was in love with the mc traveled back further in time and because she is incompetent, screwed her up (left hardcore s&m porn with the little sister when she was younger). But thats not the only thing, because she thought she could only "win" and succeed with her confession if she isolated him (instead of, yknow, talking to him and slowly becomimg closer), she accelerated his best friends turn into a playboy(because she thought he wouldnt be best friends with a playboy) and tried to make nao hate the mc by... telling her she heaed him call her manly(this made nao obsessed with growing her boobs apparently). Shes also straight up a horrible person who tries to evade all responsibilty at the end, and never gived up regardless
THanks for the translation but i will drop this manga

Love most of this story so far. The low points are averaged by the insane high points lol.

Thanks for the TL!

It's painfully obvious who's going to win, but if it were me, I'd go for the tomboy childhood friend. It's kind of odd to me that so many romance manga have a generic girl introduced in the first chapter who's always going to win, and then suddenly the creators introduce a bunch of rival characters, many of whom are better than the main girl, and who deserve to win far more.

I chalk it up to not only a lack of imagination, but earlier characters being rough drafts that creators improve on later through iteration and experimentation. It's like someone making a concept, then fleshing it out and making improved prototypes and then final releases and then improved version of those final releases... but then throwing all that work away and just using the earliest prototype instead.

For once I'd like to see a manga have some balls and let the best girl win, not the first girl.

There's only 6 chapters left for this. It would not surprise me that we never even get to exploring that stuff because there's not nearly enough runway left to do so. Honestly, I think that our best case scenario is a last-minute confession with a "the adventure continues. Go read the LN." ending. More likely they just get closer with no confession and the ending is more along the lines of "will they ever get there? Go read the novel!"

Sadly, I think the generic girl is the Japanese ideal though. The long straight hair in the hime cut (or near hime cut), the generic niceness, the sense that she's approachable but also quietly better than everyone else, the sorta meek way she pines for the MC with mild tsundere vibes (but not too tsun because that would detract from her reserved and gentle front), etc.

in fitting with that whole "the nail that sticks up gets hammered down" ethos I don't think mangaka (or the audience, because this could be a weird chicken/egg thing where we don't know if stories deliver this because it's what the audience wants, or if the audience wants it because it's what they're used to getting) want the quirky, fun, different girls to win because they're quirky, fun, and different. They're there for comedy value and for some of the audience to latch on to while accepting their probable eventual defeat. The only time the weird girls win is when they're the sole focus or when their rivals are potentially even weirder.

tl;dr, never underestimate Japan's attachment to safe, boring, plain generic moeblob girls

I'm still stumped that this manga is supposed to be told fully in just 12 chapters.

So when MC asked at the start if her boobs were always that big
it wasn't random, he remembered her with a smaller chest, and made MC call her a tomboy that created the massage butterfly effect.
MC not understanding his little sis comes from that too, what a mess she did (if i understood it right and is a girl).
I'm a fan of childhood friends so I'm pretty bummed out that this one is destined to lose, even after becoming much more feminine, her personality is splendid.
Sadly this MC is retarded, dense like the core of a sand dune and afftected by massive tunnel vision.
But tomboobs had the same feelings and she lost him when he wasn't close to president in the original timeline...unfortunately she have no chances...and travelling around the world...I hope she doesn't do it alone, is a recipe for disaster, MC noted he was unable to contact her in the original timeline after she started travelling.
As usual the harem route is the best one, everyone happy, but few authors have the cojones to write them.
